fireLight began in the summer of 2020, after the unexpected and tremendous loss of two family members. In the midst of deep grief, an overwhelming desire to create stirred in me. I found the candle making process to be very therapeutic -- it brought light in the midst of darkness.

When I contemplated what kind of candle I wanted to create, I looked to the simplicity and beauty of nature. Living in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, I have always been inspired and rejuvenated by the unique scenes and scents of nature. At fireLight, our aim is to capture that goodness by using all-natural soy, premium fragrance oils + essential oils, and pure bee's wax to craft each signature scent in an artistic candle.
